Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:

You receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product.

Your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe (excluding courier delays or incorrect address issues).

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase

Opened, used, or tampered products

Natural variations in color, texture, or fragrance due to herbal ingredients

2. Reporting a Problem
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with the following:

Order ID

Photo/video proof of the issue

Description of the problem

3. Refund Process
Once your request is verified and approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI once bank details are provided.

4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
