Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery time varies depending on your location:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days

Delays may occur during festive seasons, natural disruptions, or courier issues. We will keep you updated in such cases.

3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

A standard shipping fee of ₹49 may apply for orders below ₹499 or for certain remote locations.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delivery Partners
We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

6. Undelivered Orders
If your order cannot be delivered due to:

Incorrect address or phone number

Unavailability at delivery time
The product will be returned to us. We may re-attempt delivery after confirmation from you.
